A free home workout site with no gym, no equipment and no subscription. Here is what it is, where the numbers come from, and what it will not pretend to do.
64 exercises, 6 workout plans covering 147 days, 15 calculators and 5 long articles. All free, no sign up needed for the calculators, and every calculation runs inside your own browser.
Most people who want to start training never start, because they think they need a gym first. They do not. A full programme runs from a two metre patch of floor with nothing in your hands.
The other half of the problem is the advice. Search for how to lose belly fat and you get ten thousand pages promising something that does not work, because "crunches will not do it" gets fewer clicks than "melt fat in seven days". This site is built on the opposite trade - the boring answer, said plainly, even when the boring answer is "that will take four months".
| What | How much | Costs |
|---|---|---|
| Exercises, with steps and common mistakes | 64 | Free, no sign up |
| Workout plans, laid out day by day | 6 plans, 147 days | Free, needs an account to track |
| Calculators | 15 | Free, no sign up |
| Articles | 5 | Free, no sign up |
| Indian diet plans - veg, non-veg and Jain | 3 types | Free, needs an account |
Every exercise here needs no equipment. Not "minimal equipment" - none. A chair or a wall appears in a few beginner variations, and that is the whole kit.
This is the part most fitness sites skip, and it is the part that decides whether you should trust anything else on the page.
| Number | Worked out with |
|---|---|
| Daily calories, on the calorie calculator and the diet plan | The Mifflin-St Jeor equation, then multiplied by an activity factor |
| Protein, on the protein calculator | Grams per kilogram of body weight, set by your goal |
| BMI, on the BMI calculator | Weight in kilograms divided by height in metres squared |
| Calories in the food lists | Standard published values for Indian portions - a katori, a roti |
The same formula is used everywhere it appears, so the diet page and the calorie calculator can never hand you two different numbers for the same body.
What that means in practice. These are estimates from an equation, not measurements of you. Two people with identical height, weight and age genuinely burn different amounts. Treat the number as a starting point, then adjust it after three weeks based on what the scale actually did. Every calculator on this site says so on its own page.
My Workout AI is an independent site run from India. It is not owned by a gym chain, a supplement company or anybody who would rather you bought something. Articles are published under My Workout AI Team, and every one of them can be replied to at support@myworkoutai.in.
We are not doctors, dietitians or certified trainers, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. What is written here comes from published exercise and nutrition research, standard formulas, and the sort of practical detail that only shows up when somebody has actually tried to hold a plan together around a job.
That is why the articles are careful about what they claim. You will not find an invented statistic anywhere on this site. Where the research points in a direction without a firm number, it is written as a direction. Where something is genuinely still argued about - whether fasting does anything beyond cutting calories, for instance - it says so instead of picking the exciting answer.
Found something wrong? Tell us and it gets corrected. That is a real offer, not a formality.
Everything on this site is general information, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for seeing a doctor.
Talk to a doctor before you start if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition, diabetes, high blood pressure, or an injury; if you take regular medication; if you have or have had an eating disorder; or if you are under 18. Stop and get advice if any exercise causes pain, dizziness or chest discomfort.
The calculators run entirely inside your browser - what you type into them never reaches our server at all. If you make an account, we store your email, your body measurements and the workouts you finish, because the plan cannot work without them.
The full detail is on the privacy policy, including how to have everything deleted.
Questions, corrections and complaints all go to the same place - the contact page, or straight to support@myworkoutai.in. A real person reads them.
