By creating an account or using FitForge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitForge. By using it you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Health & safety disclaimer

The Service provides general fitness and nutrition information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Workout plans, calorie/macro targets, the diet generator and the Smart Coach are automated and rule-based — they are not personalised medical guidance. Consult a physician or a certified trainer before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. You exercise at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details confidential; notify us of any unauthorised use.
• Provide accurate profile information — your plan quality depends on it.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to break, overload, hack, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Upload harmful, offensive, infringing or illegal content (including profile photos).
• Impersonate others or misuse community features such as leaderboards and challenges.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content & intellectual property

The Service, its design, text and original content are owned by FitForge and protected by applicable laws. Exercise demo media and embedded videos belong to their respective owners and are used under their licenses. You keep ownership of the content you upload, but grant us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the Service for you.

6. Pricing

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, the applicable prices, billing terms and our Refund Policy will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated accordingly.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (such as weight or fitness changes) will be achieved — outcomes depend on many personal factors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitForge and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any plan, calculation or guidance it provides. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
