Refund Policy

1. Current status — everything is free

All FitForge features — workout plans, the guided workout player, the diet generator, the Smart Coach, exercises, leaderboards, challenges and ebooks — are available to every user at no cost. Because no money changes hands, there is nothing to refund.

2. If we introduce paid plans

Should we offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases in the future, the following will apply, and the exact terms (prices, billing cycle, trial length) will always be shown to you before you pay:

• Subscriptions — you can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• 7-day refund window — if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, provided the request is made in good faith.
• Renewals — automatic renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, but contact us if you were charged in error and we will make it right.
• One-time digital purchases (e.g. premium ebooks) — because these are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or if the file is faulty.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@myworkoutai.in from the address on your account with your name and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider).

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Changes

We may update this policy when our pricing changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version.
